Based on modules from Roland’s acclaimed System-100 modular synthesizer, the Roland System-500 555 Eurorack Utility Module puts a ton of useful functionality in your modular synth rig. For endless modulation options, you’ve got a sample and hold section with seven different waveforms plus an internal lowpass filter, as well as an LFO with five waveforms. You can generate pink and white noise, create ring modulation, and tap into two CV-controlled portamento circuits. Whether you use it for chaotic modulations or something more subtle, there’s big creative potential in the Roland System-500 555 Eurorack Utility Module.
