The 22″ Remo PowerMax marching bass drum head features a single ply of 10-mil ultra white film with a 7.5-mil underlay and a floating internal muffling ring. This muffling ring focuses attack and pitch while boosting the low end frequencies. For added strength, a CS dot is applied to under side of the head.
