A tapered hoop and “v” shaped radial slits are combined with Evans’ Tri-Center dot. The head removes unwanted overtones and adds weight to the center, thus dropping the fundamental frequency and producing more low end. The addition of a specially formulated clear coating keeps the head looking sharp and resists finger oil and dirt build-up.
