Description
The D’Addario EXL120+ XL Electric Guitar Strings, here in Super Light Plus gauge 9.5-44, are placed slap bang in the middle of a gauge 9 and 10 set.
These are perfect for those who want a bit more tension from their 9s but don’t want to make the move up to 10s. It’s only a tiny difference in thickness but it makes all the difference with the feel.
As they’re slightly thicker than a normal set of 9s they will give you a louder, brighter tone and will push you amplifier a bit harder. These are also great for weening yourself up to a heavier gauge!
The nickel wound strings are set to last for a good length of time and they feel great on the fingers. The individual thicknesses are:.0095, .0115, .016, .024, .034, .044
